helpful staff breakfast options daily cleaning
The staff was helpful after arrival. They provided information about the area. The breakfast had many options. The salads were fresh. The room got cleaned every day (I appreciated that).
The street outside can get noisy early in the morning.

Breakfast included boiled and scrambled eggs along with sausages in tomato sauce. Several cheeses were available (I liked the variety). There were also different breads, salads, and olives.

The room was very comfy and tidy. The sea view from the beautiful room was great. The room included tea, coffee, and bottled water daily (nice touch).

the staff helped with directions all over the city. the manager provided iced waters daily for our walks. gifts were also presented upon arrival!

great recommendation clear instruction fresh simit luggage assistance
Aslan and shabir gave great recommendations. their instructions were clear. the presentation gave me ideas to explore the area further. the breakfast included warm, fresh simit and pastries and had plenty of choices. I appreciate the elevator. it was helpful for my luggage and i.
the room could have used a few more hangars.

The hotel is near the historic mehmed pasha mosque? it takes ten minutes to walk to sultanahmet square, and seven minutes to the çemberlitaş tram stop. A store located in the corner is on the right side.

the hotel has an elevator for easy access to upper floors. bottled water, tea, and coffee are provided daily. an electric kettle is also available in the room, though i did not need to use it.

mahmoud and the staff were very skilled and helpful. they provided a map and instructions upon arrival. the staff kindly offered to store luggage after check-out, though we didn't need it.

great location really good service delicious food daily cleaning
The location is fantastic. Hagia sophia is only a short walk. the staff provided really good service and were always available. the breakfast buffet offered delicious variety. the room was cleaned daily and toiletries were replenished.
